The relationship between the US and the Russian president is far from warm. They spoke together once via phone and never meet personally from the day, Joe Biden took the oath.
The former US president, Donald Trump met Vladimir Putin in person five times. Twice in Germany (July 7, 2017, in Hamburg at G-20 summit), once in Vietnam (November 11, 2017, at Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation meeting in Da Nang), once in Finland (July 16, 2018, at the official US-Russia summit), and the last meeting took place in Argentina (November 30, 2018, at G-20 Meeting in Buenos Aires).
Russian meddling into the US elections took its toll on the relationship between the two countries. Therefore, Joe Biden’s last words about Putin were far from polite.
What do you think? Will Joe Biden meet Vladimir Putin in person during his term? And when will it happen?
